In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, this is to advise that 1000377643 Ontario Inc. has submitted applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment.

Location

The subject property is within Milton’s Derry Green Corporate Business Park Secondary Plan and is situated north of Derry Road on the west side of Sixth Line. The subject lands have an area of 1.07 hectares and a frontage of approximately 96 metres on Sixth Line.

Applicant's Proposal

A Zoning By-law Amendment application has been submitted to re-zone the subject lands from Future Development (FD) to a site-specific General Industrial (M2*XX) Zone. The applicant is proposing a 720 square metre warehouse with associated parking. Through the application, the watercourse and associated buffers will be delineated and zoned as Natural Heritage System (NHS) to establish developable limits.

The Planning Act requires that all complete applications be processed. The applications are now being circulated to Town Departments and Agencies for technical review. No decision has been made regarding this application.

Notice of the Statutory Public Meeting will be given in accordance with the Planning Act requirements.
