In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, this is to advise that Shawn Saulnier. has submitted applications for a Temporary Use Zoning By-law Amendment.
Location
The subject property is municipally known as 9230 Guelph Line and legally described as Part of Lot 7, Concession 3, Geographical Township of Nassagaweya. The subject property is located immediately north of Highway 401 on the west side of Guelph Line.
Applicant's Proposal
A Temporary Use By-law application has been submitted to permit stand alone commercial truck parking on a portion of the subject property, for a period of three years. If approved, the applicant would demolish the existing structure to create the proposed parking area.
Planning Act Requirements
The Planning Act requires that all complete applications be processed. The applications are now being circulated to Town Departments and Agencies for technical review. No decision has been made regarding this application.
