In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, this is to advise that a complete application has been received and a statutory public meeting and technical report has been scheduled by the Town of Milton’s Development Services Department for a proposed extension to an existing Temporary Use Zoning By-law for lands located at 3058 30 Side Road.
You are receiving this notice because you are either an owner of a property and/or a property manager for a Condominium Corporation for lands situated within 300 metres of the subject property and are being invited to participate in the review process. We welcome any comments you may have.
Location
The subject property is municipally known as 3058 30 Side Road and legally described as Lot 30, Concession 4, Town of Milton. The subject property is located on the south side of 30 Side Road, east of Guelph Line.
Applicant’s Proposal
The applicant, Peter Timmerman has submitted an application requesting the extension of an existing Temporary Use Zoning By-law applicable to the subject lands to allow for the continued use of an existing garden suite for a temporary period of up to three (3) years. There are no changes proposed to the existing use or property through this application.
Planning Act Requirements
The Planning Act requires that all complete applications be processed. The application is now being circulated to Town Departments and Agencies for technical review. No decision has been made regarding this application.
