In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, this is to advise that Century 21 Green Realty Inc. has submitted applications for a Temporary Use Zoning By-law Amendment.
Location
The subject property is municipally known as 11179 Derry Road West. and legally described as Part of Lot 11, Concession 6, Town of Milton. The subject property is located on the north side of Derry Road, east of Fifth Line.
Applicant's Proposal
A Temporary Use By-law application has been submitted to allow an Office Use within the existing dwelling for a period of three years. No physical development is proposed.
