 Payment options

Try our new 30 day pass. As we gradually reopen more facilities, we will incrementally increase the price until we return to full service levels. At that time, our annual pass will become available for purchase.

Single visits

  • Youth (13-17 years of age) - $10.72
  • Adult (18-64 years of age) - $11.84
  • Older Adult (65+ years of age) - $10.72

10 visits

  • Youth (13-17 years of age) - $96.10
  • Adult (18-64 years of age) - $106.62
  • Older Adult (65+ years of age) - $96.10

30-day pass

  • Youth (13-17 years of age) - $17.50
  • Adult (18-64 years of age) - $25
  • Older Adult (65+ years of age) - $17.50

Prices effective January 1, 2021

 Pre-registration for fitness classes/centres
  • All fitness centre and class visits must be pre-booked online
  • Pre-booking allows us to maintain a safe number of participants and ensures that your spot is secure
  • Online pre-booking will open 72 hours prior to the program for residents and 48 hours in advance for non-residents.
  • Fitness centre visits are 60 minutes or 90 minutes in length
  • To cancel a visit email us
 Plan for your workout
  • If you feel ill, stay home. There is no penalty for a missed workout due to illness
  • Arrive in your workout clothes and minimize the number of personal items you bring
  • Washrooms and a limited number of lockers are available
  • You must bring your own lock
  • Change rooms and showers remain closed at this time
  • Pack enough water for your workout
  • Water refill stations are open but water fountains are closed
  • Please bring your own mat
 Arriving for your workout
  • Check-in for your workout 10 minutes in advance of your pre-booked session
  • Follow directional signage and physical distancing markers at main entrances and throughout the building
  • Use hand sanitizer provided within the facility
  • Check-in at the front desk to pay or self-scan your 30 day or 10-visit pass
  • Promptly exit the facility at the end of your scheduled class
 Cleaning/safety measures

Capacity is limited in all fitness areas to ensure physical distancing is maintained.

Fitness Centres

  • Upon entering, you will be given a disinfectant bottle for cleaning 
  • Staff will disinfect the bottle after each use
  • You must wipe down equipment before and after each use
  • Staff will focus on cleaning high-touch surface areas during each shift
  • Equipment that is porous or hard to clean has been removed from the fitness centre
  • Staff will sanitize the room at the end of every day


  • Classes are formatted to minimize equipment use
  • Sharing equipment is not permitted 
  • Upon entering, you will be given a disinfectant bottle for cleaning 
  • At the end of class, you will be asked to clean all used equipment 
  • Staff will sanitize high touch surfaces at the end of the class

Pre-screening questions

  • Are you experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing?
  • Have you traveled outside Canada in the last 14 days?
  • Have you or someone you have been in close contact with tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
  • Have you been in close contact with someone who is being tested or has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, please do not register or attend a class or fitness program. 

Fitness FAQs

What happens to fitness passes held before the COVID-19 shutdown?

  • If you held a 10-visit pass, it has been migrated into our new recreation software system and is available for use. The usual one-year expiry has been extended by an extra 365 days so that you can return when you feel comfortable and don’t feel rushed to use it.
  • If you held an annual pass on a monthly payment plan, your pass has been cancelled. Any credit remaining will be refunded to you. When you are ready to return, you may purchase one of the options above.
  • Your annual paid-in-full pass has been migrated into our new recreation software system. Your pass will remain on-hold until we resume our annual passes.  If you are ready to return,  you can choose one of the options above.  As always, annual active living passes can be cancelled at any time. Please contact us if you'd like to cancel or have questions about your account.

Drop-in fitness guidelines

Review our drop-in fitness guidelines before attending one of our programs:

  • You must sign in at the customer service desk before entering
  • Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis
  • You must be 14 or older to participate in fitness classes or fitness centre
  • Wear proper running or walking shoes and athletic clothing
  • Bring your own mat for Mind Body Flow classes

Personal training

Intensify your workout with a certified personal trainer. Our trainers will teach you proper form and technique to prevent injuries while gaining strength, endurance and flexibility.
