The Sundial Homes application is located on the northwest corner of Britannia Road and James Snow Parkway. The applicant is proposing to develop approximately 1,094 residential dwelling units through detached dwelling units, street townhouse dwelling units, rear lane access townhouse units, back to back units, and residential units in the high-density residential apartment block. The application also includes a greenlands channel with a trail system, a stormwater management pond, a village square, a public elementary school and an internal road system.

A Temporary Use Zoning By-law Amendment application and materials have been submitted for the above-noted property to permit a place of worship use. The applicant is proposing to convert the existing single detached dwelling to a place of worship. No additional buildings are proposed and the building will continue to be serviced with private services (septic and well). The proposal includes 58 parking spaces and two driveway accesses to Thompson Road South.
