You can apply for a lottery licence in the Town of Milton if you belong to a charitable or religious organization. The Government of Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulate lottery licences in Ontario.

Only charitable or non-profit charitable organizations are eligible for a lottery licence. To apply for a lottery licence in Milton, you must complete the Lottery Licence application and submit it by email or drop it off to:

If your lottery doesn’t fall under Milton’s jurisdiction, you’ll need to contact the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to apply for a licence.

Fees

Lottery licences cost 3% of the total prize value.
